The Talented and Gifted Magnet Program is implemented on the campus of
K. B. Polk Talented and Gifted Vanguard. Students will have many opportunities for creative problem
solving, critical analysis, original expression, and higher order thinking.
They will explore advanced curriculum in mathematics, science, technology,
history, music, art, and other areas. Students who grasp ideas
quickly, think critically, learn fast, and remember well, will participate in
individual projects, independent research, hands-on-study, field trips,
